Our Roast

Our coffee is medium to dark roasted whole bean Haitian Arabica Coffee.   As a result, this roast brings out the best characteristics of this Haitian coffee.    Due to the way we roast, our coffee cups well as a single origin espresso using a fine grind.   The coffee also brews wonderfully in standard drip coffee makers or french press with a coarser grind.

This coffee is strictly high altitude coffee grown in the Bae D’Orange region of South Central Haiti at 1000+ meters. Produces a rich, robust brew.
